Yes, we do! Can I call the store to order?

You can call us anytime during business hours to place an order with one of our Lula and Mae girls and ask any questions you have, including questions about sizing. We also have a live chat feature right here on our website that you can use to ask one of our stylists any question during our business hours. Call us at 706-610-6395.

Can I pick up in-store after buying online?

Absolutely! As soon as you place an online order, we will immediately prepare it for pick up. During the online checkout process, you can choose between shipping or in-store pickup. During normal business hours, your order will be ready within an hour and you will receive an email once it is ready.

Shipping and Returns

How does shipping work?

We LOVE to ship our amazing styles to those who cannot visit us in-store. We offer free shipping on all orders over $75 before tax. 

As soon as your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email about your order. We ship all orders within 48 hours of them being placed during normal business hours, excluding weekends. As soon as we ship your order, you will receive an email confirming order fulfillment, along with your shipping and tracking details.

What if I need to return an item?

We get it; sometimes an item just doesn't work out. We will gladly accept a returned item for store credit within 15 days of purchase. We do not issue refunds, and returns will only be accepted if they meet all of our return criteria. 

Flash sales, holiday sales, and any other promotional sales are final sale, as is everything in our Final Sale Collection. All accessories, leggings, bralettes, and bodysuits are not eligible for returns.

What if I believe that my package has been lost?

We recommend checking the package tracking number in the shipping email you received to see if your order is marked as delivered. Also, double-check your shipping address in your confirmation email to verify that it is correct. Finally, check to see if your package was placed inside your mailbox, near the back door of your home, or at your apartment building’s front office. If you tried all of these steps and still need assistance, then please contact us directly.

Sizing and Materials

What size should I buy?

We encourage you to check out our size chart. Generally, all of our styles have a TTS (true to size) fit. Keep in mind that many brands run differently and we do our best to describe the fit within our product descriptions and model info.

How should I care for my items?

We absolutely recommend that everyone carefully read each clothing tag where care instructions are printed. Our vendor brands differ on their care information, so please read each one individually. Generally speaking, we advise that cold water and hanging to dry is the best way to clean a garment if hand washing or dry cleaning is not explicitly recommended. If you decide to use a dryer, use the tumble dry low setting. Feel free to iron your clothing items using low heat as needed.
