Returns & Exchanges

Our priority is for you to be happy and love everything you purchased, but we understand sometimes things don't work out. We will go above and beyond to ensure you have a great experience.

Our policy is for EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT ONLY
Store credit is just like cash, it doesn’t expire
This will be issued via Gift Card or Digital Gift Card
(We are not responsible for nor able to track lost or misplaced store credits.)

Returns/Exchanges eligibility:

  • We gladly accept any item within 15 days from original in-store purchase date and/or 15 days from the day the items was delivered to you. Items must be postmarked within those 15 days from delivery date.
  • Items are returned or shipped back in original purchase conditions
  • Items will have the original tags attached
  • Are free from nor have any of the following: NO EXCEPTIONS 
    • Not worn, altered, washed, or damaged
    • Free of any stains including deodorant and makeup, as well as free of smoke and/or pet odors
FINAL SALE  - Not Eligible for Return:
  • Items marked 30% off or more during any sale, flash sale, promotional event, holiday special, or seasonal sales like Black Friday
  • Any items purchased from Final Sale Collection (it’s tag will also be marked as such)
  • All accessories: Jewelry, Hats, Purses, Bralettes, Camis, Bodysuits, Leggings, and pasted(Nip) 
--If you are returning a gift and your item(s) meet the same above policy, please contact us and we will be more than happy to create a label for you for either your exchange or return for store credit.

 

Please head to our Returns page to begin your return for store credit or exchange process, or head in store for processing. 

Online, you will be asked for your order number which can be found on your receipt or packing slip and be walked through this easy process. 

  • Please use the prepaid label and original packaging for your easy return.
  • Your shipping cost will either be charged to you as a live rate based on the item and your zip code or deducted from your Store Credit.
  • If you are exchanging for a new size, we will of course ship your new item back to you, free of cost!

**If your return does not meet the above criteria, please do not attempt to return it back to us as it will be refused by our returns department.

  • If we deem your items not to fit our criteria, will be ship those items back to you and you will be subject to any additional shipping costs.

  • All claims must be made within 72 hours of receiving items.
