Returns & Shipping

Our priority is for you to be happy and love everything you purchased, but we understand sometimes things don't work out. We will go above and beyond to ensure you have a great experience. Please see the return/exchange policy below .
We will be happy to exchange or issue a store credit within 15 days of original purchase to those items meeting our criteria. We do not provide refunds on merchandise. Store credit will be given via a store credit gift card or digital gift card online. They are to be seen as cash, meaning we cannot honor lost or misplaced cards, you must keep them in order to use them. 
Items returned are subject to approval of the following criteria;
  • Item must be received to us within the 15 day period from original purchase date. This is for in-store, as well as online purchases. For online orders we must receive them within the 15 days for them to be eligible for return, so please account for this when shipping them back to us. Of course with any shipping carrier delays please email us regarding this timeline if you have any questions so we can work with you to insure the best experience. Online purchases should be inspected within 48 hrs of receiving them, any defects/damages or simply needing to  return or exchange we ask that you please contact us via email or phone immediately.  Email and we can help you with the next steps. 


  • Items must be in original condition for consideration for exchange or return, no exceptions. Items must not display any condition of being worn. Items must have original tag attached. No stained with makeup or deodorant items, damages from wear or use, smoke or pet odors, or washed items will be accepted. Shoes must not show any signs of wear. Please do not send back if these criteria are not met as it will be refused by our return department. 


  • ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE OR RETURN are items marked  30% off and over during any of our flash sales, holiday special sales, seasonal sales such as Black Friday, or any other sale promotional event. Any item purchased from our final sale collection. Jewelry, hats, bralettes, cami/brami's, bags & purses, leggings, Pasted(nip), and bodysuits are not eligible to exchange or return and are final sale.


  • Please use a trackable method of shipping (USPS, UPS, FEDEX) with insurance as we are not liable for carrier lost or stolen packages.
  • Return must include original packing slip you received in your order with items for return circled and desired exchange item wanted written clearly on packing slip. If a giftcard is simply wanted, please state giftcard on the slip Please also email us to notify us of your impending return so we may pull the desired item wanted for exchange as long as our inventory allows it,.  
  • Please allow 1-2 days once we receive the item for your return to be processed and a store credit be issued back to you.

All orders are shipped within 2 business days from our location. Typically many items ship the same day if placed before 1PM EST, if you chose expedited shipping before 1PM your order will be picked up the same say, if it is after 1PM your order will ship the next business day. ***Once an order is placed it can not be cancelled. You can however contact us immediately if you need to modify the order. You will immediately receive a email conformation with all order details, please review to ensure all order information is correct. When your item ships you will receive another email/text with the tracking and shipping conformation. Please check your SPAM folder if you do not see this in your email, contact us with any issues. You can check the status of your order by logging into your account under order history. You can check carrier tracking from the shipping email that we send you that has all the tracking information. We are not responsible for any carrier issues including lost or stolen packages, please contact the carrier directly with any issues.
