Our priority at Lula and Mae boutique is your satisfaction during, and after the buying process. Our mission is that your shopping experience with us is a great one! We PROMISE to go above and beyond to ensure your happy with your goodies from us, but we get that things don't always work out. So please read the following policy related to returns.
We will be happy to exchange or issue a store credit within 15 days of original purchase to those items meeting our criteria. We do NOT provide refunds on merchandise.  NO exceptions. Store credit will be given via a store credit gift card or digital gift card. They are to be seen as cash, meaning we cannot honor lost or misplaced cards, you must keep them in order to use them.
Items returned are subject to approval of the following criteria;
  • Item MUST be received to us within the 15 day period from original purchase date. This is for In- store, as well as online purchases. For online orders we MUST receive them within the 15 days for them to be eligible for return, so please account for this when shipping them back to us. ALL ONLINE purchases should be inspected within 72 hrs of receiving them, any defects or issues with the order requiring a return/exchange MUST be communicated to us within the 72hr window, if not, they will not eligible for exchange or return. Email us immediately at and we can help you with the next steps.
  • Items MUST be in original condition for consideration for exchange or return, no exceptions. Items MUST NOT display any condition of being worn. NO stained with makeup or deodorant items , NO items without original tags attached , NO damaged from use, NO smoke or pet odors, NO washed or altered merchandise will be excepted.These criteria items MUST be met for your return to be considered for exchange or store credit. For online orders we ask that you email us (Contact@lulaandmae.Com) as soon as you decide an item must be exchanged or returned so that we answer any questions.
  • ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE OR RETURN are items marked over 20% OFF during any of our Flash Sales, Holiday Sales, Seasonal Sales or any other Sale Promotion. Jewelry, Hats, Bralettes, Leggings, Purses, MJ bags,Bows, Headwraps/Headbands, and BodySuits are NOT eligible to exchange or return and are final sale.
Return shipping will be your responsibility to pay, we ALWAYS provide free shipping to you on orders over $50 , however as a small business, return shipping must be paid by customer. If an item is exchanged ,the new item will incur a $5 flat rate shipping charge.Thank you for understanding.
  • Please use a trackable method of shipping with insurance as we are NOT liable for carrier lost, not received or stolen packages.
  • Allow for shipping time when considering a return as they MUST be received by us within the 15 day period. As soon as we receive your return we will notify you via email, as well as notify you of approval or rejection of your merchandise.
  • Orders eligible for a merchandise exchange will promptly be shipped to you within 2 business days, with shipping to be paid by customer. Store credit gift card will also promptly be provided to you via email.

All online purchases over $50 are eligible for FREE standard ground shipping to anywhere within the United States. All purchases will be processed and shipped within 48HRS from original purchase time during regular business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Items will be shipped using the USPS with tracking. If expedited handling and shipping is desired, please do not  hesitate to contact us prior to making your order, and we will certainly accommodate you as best we can! Any expedited shipping will incur USPS or other carrier shipping charges. Please note, we use USPS with tracking and are not responsible for items once they leave our location. Please email us with any shipping issues as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate you or help you contact the carrier who ultimately is responsible for any issue. If this is a concern you have related to receiving merchandise via USPS, please contact us prior to purchase so we can add a shipping rate that includes a suitable insurance amount.
