Shipping/ Billing

**Once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled.  You can however contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify your order.**

All orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days from time of order from our location, excluding weekends/holidays. 

• Typically, many items ship by the end of the business day your order was placed, if before 1PM EST.
• If you choose expedited shipping before 11AM, your order will be picked up and shipped the same day.

Please review your order email confirmation to ensure all order information like shipping address and items is correct. 

You will receive tracking information once shipped and can follow your order directly through the carrier.  (We are not responsible for any carrier issues including lost or stolen packages, please contact the carrier directly with issues and/or concerns.)

You can also check the status of your order by logging into your account under order history.
