**Once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled. You can however contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify your order.**
All orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days from time of order from our location, excluding weekends/holidays.
- Typically, many items ship by the end of the business day your order was placed, if before 1PM EST.
- If you choose expedited shipping before 11AM, your order will be picked up and shipped the same day.

You will receive tracking information once shipped and can follow your order directly through the carrier. (We are not responsible for any carrier issues including lost or stolen packages, please contact the carrier directly with issues and/or concerns.)
